New dispenser offers precision application of fluids and pastes

Intertronics is offering the new preeflow eco-PEN330 volumetric dosing pump. The device offers manufacturers accurate application of fluids and pastes from a minimum of 0.002ml, at rates of up to 3.3ml/min. The technology handles delicate fluids from watery up to a pasty consistency without damage. As the system is both input pressure and temperature independent it can offer ±1% accuracy and greater than 99% repeatability. This dispenser is ideal for dosing or dispensing low to high viscosity liquids with pulsation-free delivery and minimal shear forces applied to the medium. The dispensers are ideal for manual, semi-automated or fully automated environments, and are compatible with positioning robots such as the Fisnar F4500 series.
