Metal line of indicators constructed of high-grade stainless steel

Schurter has introduced its new MSM II AE Metal Line indicator series, created to complement its recently launched MSM II Metal Line pushbutton switch series. The new range of indicators serves to seamlessly integrate with the switch series or deliver an elegant indicating solution all on their own. The joining of aesthetics and technical acuity highlights a refined advancement in switching and indication technology.

Like the new MSM II switch family, the indicator version without a switching function is offered in point, ring, or entire surface area illumination. A version with deadfront is also a choice. The advanced illumination technology provides visual aesthetics across the colour spectrum and spurs innovative opportunities for producing visual variations of your data, system function, or prompts for service. All options, from classic white to dynamic RGB, are available to create the perfect signal solution. The new indicators are obtainable for various supply voltages (5, 12, 24VDC, or variable), catering to most individual application needs.

As well as its quality visual performance, the switches and indicators deliver an impressive, robust design. Made of high-quality stainless steel, the series provides a high impact resistance up to IK08 with a seal protection rating of IP 67 from the front. The operating temperature range is -30C-85C. This translates to long-term rigorous withstand of environmental elements, where usage can be relied on for many years. Offered with quick-connect or solder terminals in two installation depths, the indicator is provided in the same mounting diameters as the switch in 16, 19, 22 and 30mm.
