Demonstration and development platform for dual channel op-amp

Analog Devices EVAL-ADA4522-2ARMZ Evaluation Board is a demonstration and development platform for the ADA4522-2 Dual Channel Op Amp. The op-amp functions in a 4.5V to 55V supply voltage range, displaying exceptional noise performance and is optimised for complete accuracy over time, temperature, and voltage conditions.

The board provides a pre-mounted ADA4522-2 in an 8-lead MSOP package. The kit also provides an example application circuit, enabling rapid prototyping when incorporated into existing designs.

The flexible design of the board enables users to create a multitude of configurations, including inverting and non-inverting amplifier, difference amplifier, and second-order Sallen-Key filters. Furthermore, a combination of test points and edge-mounted SMA connectors are used for the inputs and outputs for ease of use.

The board mainly consists of 0805 sized resistors and capacitors to provide easy installation by the user, besides the bypass capacitors, C1 and C4. The 10µF bypass capacitors (C1 and C4) have a package size of 2220 to accommodate a higher voltage rating because the ADA4522-2 has a maximum supply of 55V.
