RFMW now stocks the Qorvo QPA3230, a 45 to 1218MHz GaAs/GaN power doubler
hybrid for DOCSIS 3.1 CATV systems. Combining GaAs and GaN offers a hybrid
with exceptional linearity along with the reliability and power efficiency
of GaN technology.
The QPA3230 provides up to 22.5dB of gain at 1218MHz. CSO is rated at -76dBc
while CTB is rated at -73dBc. DC current can be externally adjusted for best
circuit performance with a maximum current draw of 470mA from a 24V supply.
The QPA3230 is offered in industry standard SOT115J packaging for
compatibility with existing layouts. For higher gain requirements, the
company offers the QPA3240.
