Available now from Farnell element14, Rohm's BD62011FS controller synthesises the optimal driving signal from Hall sensor signals, then outputs it to control the external level shifter and power transistor. Also, the controller is pin compatibility with BD62012FS and BD62014FS devices. The device provides optimum motor drive and enables motor unit standardisation for a wide variety of applications such as air conditioners, air cleaners, water pumps, dishwashers, washing machines and general OA equipment.
