Dual 75ohm RF amplifier capable of operation up to 1218MHz

Capable of operation up to 1218MHz. TriQuint's TAT7472A1F CATV pHEMT 75ohm dual RF amplifier is now stocked by Mouser. The device is designed for CATV use and has two amplifiers for push-pull applications. It is fabricated using 6" GaAs pHEMT technology to optimize performance and cost. The device contains on-chip active biasing. The bias current set point is adjustable with a single resistor from the input to ground. Applications include edge QAM gain stages, MDU output, RF distribution amplifiers and AH22 replacement.
