Robust and secure wire-to-wire connectors at competitive rates

The wire-to-wire connectors in Adam Tech's Secur-Seal series are now extending Rutronik's portfolio. The connectors provide a compact design and consist of a housing with two to six contact points. They support multiple cable cross-sections and supply suitable seals for every cable thickness to prevent the ingress of water or dust. They can carry currents from 5A to 18A, allowing greater application compatibility, especially in combination with customer-specific cable assemblies. The components are manufactured in India at competitive prices and are ideal for a wide range of applications, particularly in harsh environments such as the automotive and off-road vehicle sectors, as well as in agriculture.

The series has a compact housing with a 6mm pitch. It provides a wide range of AWG connection options (22 AWG to 20 AWG, 18 AWG to 16 AWG, 16 AWG to 14 AWG) and wire seal sizes and is designed for rated currents from 5A to 18A. The housing is designed for 24VDC, while the contact crimp connections themselves tolerate up to 250VDC/AC.

The connectors are waterproof and robust. They provide reliable and secure connections, which are established with an audible click and can withstand shocks and vibrations without coming loose.
