Tumbler Technologies, Inc. + TRUMPower has released its TMPC-900-1U AC/DC power supply, which meets 1U height constraints with dimensions of 240mm x 100mm x 40.5mm. The 1U form factor enables its use in applications with limited spacing or high-power density. The power supply meets the latest medical and ITE safety standards, providing versatility for use across multiple fields. Its BF class isolation specifically allows the power supplies to be used on equipment that have conductive contact or medium to long term contact with patients.

The power supply has no minimum load requirements and delivers up to 1,800W of peak power. It is equipped with DC voltage outputs and maximum loads of +3.3V/20A, +5V/20A, +12V/74.91A, -12V/0.3A, and +5Vsb/3A respectively. There is also an option to add a -5V/0.2A output upon request. Its maximum overall output is 900W, with +3.3V and +5V supplying a combined maximum load of 120W. The maximum output power for +12V must not exceed 899W.

This 1U power supply achieves 80PLUS GOLD energy efficiency and adheres to ATX12V V3.0 standards. It is operational at altitudes up to 5,000m and has an MTBF of over 100,000 hours at full load, 25C ambient, calculated per MIL-HDBK-217F.

The TMPC-900-1U is certified to the latest medical standards, including UL/IEC/EN 60601-1 (Edition 3.2), ANSI/AAMI ES 60601-1 (2021), and CSA C22.2 No. 60601-1 (2022). It is also certified to the latest IEC 62368-1 ITE standards (Edition 3). The power supply complies with IEC/EN 60601-1-2 (Edition 4.1), EN 55011, EN 61000-3-2, EN 61000-3-3, EN 61000-4-2, EN61000-4-3, EN 61000-4-4, EN 61000-4-5, EN 61000-4-6, EN 61000-4-8, and EN 61000-4-11.
