Multi-colour LEDs for vital sign monitoring

These multi-colour LEDs created for Vital Sign Monitoring provide a highly reflective QFN package for greatly increased light output. These three-in-one, high-performance multi-emitters for green, red, and infrared target heart rate and SpO2 monitoring. A sophisticated two-cavity design lowers interferences between the green chip and the red/IR chip. The two cavities allow the light sources to be optimally placed relative to the respective photodiodes, delivering higher measurement accuracy of vital signs.

Applications for the LEDs include digital diagnostic devices, vital sign monitoring, and wearables.
