New line of robust electromechanical relay switches

Fairview Microwave has released a series of advanced electromechanical relay switches. These cutting-edge switches are set to redefine RF signal routing across various market bands, ranging from DC up to 43 GHz.

Signifying a notable technological leap, these relay switches are balanced to meet the urgent demands of an industry wrestling with the need for higher data rates and a rapid shift to higher frequencies.

The company's components span 21 diverse models and comprehensively cover popular market bands, notably L, S, C, X, Ku, K and Ka.

The designs are robust and versatile, featuring failsafe, latching, or normally open actuators, and are supplied with desirable characteristics such as TTL logic, position indicators, suppression diodes and solder pins.

The new switches are powered by either +12VDC or +28VDC DC bias voltage supplies. They are meticulously crafted to be compact, conforming to MIL-grade standards, and are compatible with 2.92mm female connectors.

Reliability and performance are at the core of these designs. These switches are rated for temperatures between -25C to +65C (-25F to +165F), ensuring they can endure various operational conditions. Also, they supply an impressive lifecycle rating of two million cycles and fulfil the rigorous MIL-STD-202F environmental test conditions, specifically for shock and vibration.
