These SSDs fully comply with the PCIe Gen3 x4 interface and NVMe 1.3 specifications to function in different power-management modes while consuming low power. The flash drives are built with a powerful PCIe controller that supports on-the-module ECC and an efficient Wear Levelling scheme. These industrial SSDs adopt advanced LDPC ECC engines and 3D NAND flash memory for higher capacities of up to 960GB with improved reliability.
