Semi-rigid cable assemblies and connectors product lines expanded

Fairview Microwave has expanded its semi-rigid cable assemblies and connectors range, designed to negate the necessity for any custom tooling or jigs in the production process.

This new series of semi-rigid cable assemblies offers superior shielding compared to their flexible counterparts. The solid outer conductor semi-rigid coax design ensures their forms are reliably held after bending, making them desirable for applications involving enclosure and/or box type layouts.

The company's customers can enjoy access to various connector options, including Type N, SMA, 3.5 mm and more. There are in-series and between-series options, too.

The expansion incorporates custom lengths for the cable assemblies together with multiple size options for meeting numerous applications. For example, there are smaller diameter options for higher frequencies and smaller housings, and bigger diameter options for larger housings and lower loss scenarios.
