Ultra-compact convection-cooled power supply offered in four formats

The N2 Power XS125, available now from Luso Electronics, is not only one of the smallest 125W power supplies available, in a 2” x 3” footprint, it is also offered in four different packages to suit diverse application needs: XSO Open-Frame, XSU U-Channel, XSE Enclosed and XSD DIN Rail. Despite its small size, the full 125W output power is provided with convection cooling only, so there is no necessity for a fan to deliver full power with these units.

These units provide single output voltages ranging from 12V to 48V and have Class I and Class II protective earth variants. These units offer high efficiencies of up to 92% with low standby current consumption and offer various protection circuits and a built-in EMI filter.

This unique design generates less wasted heat – reducing the requirement for forced air cooling, lowering AC power consumption, improving reliability and maximising its economy of operation.
