LEMO provides a wide portfolio of automotive connectors, available now from Mouser, that are broken down into four series for harsh environments: B, F, M, and T. These connectors provide either a push-pull, self-latching design or a ratchet coupling mechanism, with up to 13 keying options, and offer a multiple contact range from two to 114.

The company's B Series connectors are standard self-latching multipole connectors with alignment key features and a secure push-and-pull design, making them excellent for semiconductor manufacturing and testing processes. The contacts are provided in solder type, crimp, PCB straight, fibre, fluidic, or even high-voltage type of contact.

The F Series connectors are a high-performance quality interconnection system resistant to vibration. Available with an aluminium or brass outer shell, the series is a compact connector to be used with a heat-shrink boot. These connectors are appropriate for fuel pumps, batteries, communications, ECU, and sensors.

Its M Series connectors are lightweight, triple-start ratchet coupling-type connectors created for aerospace, avionics, security, defence, and heavy-duty applications.

The connectors are smaller in size for the same number of pins than standard MIL 38999 products, and a threaded option allows mounting for a standard MIL-DTL-38999L backshell.

The T Series connectors offer small diameter waterproof push-pull multipole connectors with index protection of IP68 and are specifically designed for outdoor applications. They possess an inner sleeve and seals to stop penetration of solids or liquids and have a push-pull latching system, 360-degree full EMC shielding, and a mechanical key with multiple keys to avoid cross-mating.
