Foremost Electronics now offers the latest stand-alone enclosure series from FIBOX. The new NEO enclosure has been specially created for industrial control, IoT and building automation and is a secure option for applications that need a very protective and robust solution delivering high ingress protection while being non-corroding.
The enclosure is a modern design with a large viewing area and is reinforced against impact dust, snow and caustic substances. It is double insulated and offers double-walled base corners and an integrated rain canopy. Very simple and fast to install, it provides extra installation space and extensive surface areas for customising and easy maintenance.
Key features of the enclosures include being LTE and Industry 4.0 ready, supplied in two materials of polycarbonate and ABS, and provided with a hinged cover and IP66/IP67 and IK08 ratings. They are also flame resistant (UL 94 HB). They are offered with wall and pole mounting options and provided with customisable design. There are three sizes – 320mm x 220mm x 150mm, 320mm x 320,mm x 150mm and 420mm x 320mm x 150mm. Also provided are nine accessory sets for creating application-specific solutions.
