Intepro Systems has added the ADG-L Programmable DC Power Supply to its power supply range. Supplied in a compact 3U chassis the ADG-L gives high power output from 4kW to 12kW for employment in various testing applications. Providing a wide out voltage range, up to 1,000VDC and current to 75A, the device is an excellent solution for power supply and motor type testing.

“The ADG-L has auto-ranging options and can generate higher output current while using lower output voltage. This makes it both a robust and efficient option for use in a wide range of applications, such as EV (Electric Vehicle) testing, photovoltaic, battery, and DC/DC converters and other electronics.” Comments Joe Engler, one of Intepro’s lead engineers. “The ADG-L provides industry-leading performance due to low-ripple, high accuracy, and lower harmonic distortions, which offers energy savings and a lower carbon footprint.”

Equipped with the active PFC, the device offers industry-leading input PF to 0.99, which decreases interference, increases real power, and provides better energy saving and operational cost benefits. Units can be connected in parallel for higher output levels. The intuitive control software guarantees the device gives a powerful and cost-effective testing solution, delivering valuable time-saving in programming and report generation.

The series is operated by a 5” intuitive touch screen or a control rotary knob to promptly access measurements, setting parameters and configurations. The unit can also be managed through a standard RS-232, RS-485 and Analog remote interfaces or optional Ethernet, USB, or GPIB interfaces. The built-in simulation function enables devices to be tested to voltage dropouts, spikes and other repetitive testing for voltage and current.
