Qorvo QPQ2455 Wi-Fi LTE BAWplexer, available now from Mouser, takes advantage of coexBoost technology, allowing single antenna implementations consolidating both 2.4GHz and 5GHz to 7GHz Wi-Fi applications. The device provides extremely steep skirts, simultaneously exhibiting low loss in the Wi-Fi bands and high near-in rejection to stop interference with LTE B7, B41, B38, and B40 signals, to a diplexer that has a low loss bandpass covering UNII1-8 Wi-Fi channels.

The 2.4GHz path combines a BAW filter to allow simultaneous usage of Wi-Fi and LTE signals without interference, therefore, leading to a longer range of Wi-Fi and an increase in network capacity. The 5GHz to 7GHz path is a low-loss bandpass including the expanded spectrum combining all Wi-Fi channels in the UNII1-8 bands. The diplexer is intended for a thermally challenging environment and displays excellent power handling capabilities.

The device utilises advanced laminate module packaging techniques to deliver high integration in a compact, four-pad 1.9mm x 1.5mm package.

Typical applications include access points, wireless routers, residential gateways, customer premise equipment, and IoT.
