Low-power differential SAR ADCs offer high accuracy and high speed

The devices are high-accuracy, high-speed, low-power ADCs with Easy Drive features that decrease signal chain complexity and power consumption while allowing higher channel density. The SPI-compatible serial user interface is compatible with 1.8V, 2.5V, 3V, and 5V logic by utilising the separate VIO logic supply. The reduced input current, down to 0.5uA/MSPS, together with a long signal acquisition phase, removes the requirement for a dedicated ADC driver in many use cases.

The ADCs are ideal for applications such as automatic test equipment, machine automation, medical equipment, and instrumentation and control systems.
