High-temperature polymer for the automotive industry

AVX provides a wide portfolio of Automotive Solid Electrolytic Capacitors in various product families. These devices are available now from TTI Europe. Each of these technologies brings individual features to best suit the particular demands for many automotive applications.

These capacitors are AEC-Q200 qualified and the TCO series is provided in D case size. Capable of operating up to 150C these capacitors operate continuously at a rated voltage of 0.5. TCO capacitors are reliable for an extensive range of higher temperature automotive and industrial applications.

The TCO series offers a robust design for automotive applications satisfying the demands of AEC-Q200. Operation temperature ranges from -55C to +150C, humidity 85C/85%RH, Vr, 1000 hours and basic reliability 1%/1000hrs@85C Vr with 60% confidence level.

The TCO series is manufactured in an IATF 16949 certified facility.

Typical applications include automotive body electronics, cabin controls, infotainment, comfort, after market, and more; DC-DC converters; telecommunications; and industrial fields.
