Automotive Schmitt-trigger buffer qualified for automotive applications

Texas Instruments SN74LVC1G17-Q1 Automotive Single Schmitt-Trigger Buffer comprises one buffer and performs the Boolean function Y = A. The single Schmitt-trigger buffer is created for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation.

The device functions as an independent buffer, but due to the Schmitt action, it may have different input threshold levels for positive-going (VT+) and negative-going (VT-) signals. The device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, stopping damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down.

The devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
