SanDisk Western Digital iNAND AT EU312 EFDs offered now by Mouser, are high performance embedded storage solutions, created for the severe environments and critical demands for ecockpit applications and ADAS. These include cutting-edge infotainment, HD mapping, navigation, drive event recorders, V2V/V2I communication, and autonomous driving. The EFDs produce high-performance data transmission in even the most exacting environmental conditions, including ambient temperatures ranging from -40C to +105C. The devices are AEC-Q100 qualified and are created to satisfy the reliability demands of the automotive industry.

Constructed with optimised 3D NAND technology and a fast UFS v2.1 interface, the EFDs provide excellent read and write performance, producing an embedded storage solution for the most data-intensive automotive applications.
