RF ADCs maintain a high dynamic range frequency

Analog Devices AD9213 RF Analog-to-Digital Converters are single, 12-bit, 6GSPS/10.25GSPS, radio frequency ADCs with a 6.5GHz input bandwidth. The devices maintain a high dynamic range frequency and time domain applications needing wide instantaneous bandwidth and low conversion error rates. The devices feature a 16-lane JESD204B interface to support maximum bandwidth ability.

The ADC produces dynamic range and linearity performance when consuming <4.6W typical. The ADC is based on an interleaved pipeline architecture and highlights a proprietary calibration and randomisation technique that suppresses interleaving spurious artefacts into its noise floor.

The ADCs support sample-accurate multichip synchronisation including synchronisation of the NCOs. The devices are specified over a junction temperature range of -20C to +115C and offered in a 192-ball BGA package.
