High Power SPDT Switches give exceptional intermodulation performance

Analog Devices HMC784A High Power SPDT Switches are for employment in transmit-receive applications needing very low distortion at high input signal power levels.

The devices control signals from DC to 4GHz, and gives exceptional intermodulation performance; >+60dBm third-order intercept at +5V bias. RF1 and RF2 are reflective shorts when 'OFF'. On-chip circuitry allows single positive supply operation from +3VDC to +8 VDC at very low DC current with control inputs compatible with CMOS logic families. The devices are housed in an eight-lead MSOPG package.

Typical applications include cellular/4G infrastructure; WiMAX, WiBro and fixed wireless, automotive telematics, mobile radio, and test equipment.
