Hirose has expanded the locking options for its 2mm pitch DF51 Series wire-to-board connector. The new DF51K Series provides a space-saving centre lock design. The user-friendly positive lock offers a clear tactile click and secures a solid connection. Offered in multiple widths, the centre lock lever provides high-density mounting and facilitates easy operation. Also, the centre lock stops damage during cable assembly and gives secure mating. It also allows users to identify reverse mating and stops mechanical interference.
The series is intended for a broad range of products including industrial machinery, medical equipment, amusement equipment, robotics, office equipment, smart meters, water heaters and more.
