The new JAE MX68 series for high-speed transmission between in-vehicle information and communication technology units cover automotive market demands, where continuous sophistication of cars leads to increase of number of incorporated units. The device is available now from TTI Europe. Cars are expected to support new technologies such as ADAS, autonomous driving, and connected car. The amount of high-speed transmission information rises new requirements for compact connectors able to transmit data rapidly. With the new series the company has been able to target those applications through minimised size (around 26%) while satisfying the high speed and reliability demands for in-vehicle units (compatible with 4.8Gbps class LVDS/GVIF differential transmission). Furthermore, the MX68B line is compatible with USB 2.0.

The device is ideal for various types of in-vehicle ICT units, including wiring between equipment needing highspeed transmission.
