Mouser has confirmed a global distribution agreement with Futaba Corporation. Through the agreement, the company stocks a variety of Futaba’s display modules, including vacuum fluorescent, OLED and liquid crystal displays. The company's AH Series modules provide a full display solution in a slender design. The modules are available in VFD or FSTN-LCD with display options of 20 x 2 or full dot matrix. The high-contrast displays are compatible with iOS and Bluetooth and perfect for audio tuners, POS systems, and other display applications. The EL Series OLEDs are thin, self-luminous display modules that offer high contrast and a wide viewing angle. With consistent response speed regardless of external temperature, the series is perfect for battery-powered consumer wearables, home appliances, handheld medical devices, industrial controls, and automotive instrument panel applications. Their LC Series TFT-LCD modules use a simple command set to display content, including stored JPEG images and text with internal fonts, which decreases system development time. The touch-enabled modules are ideal for embedded use, featuring a USB 2.0 Full Speed or RS232C interface, high-speed startup, and an 8-bit microcontroller with LCD controller. The series modules are offered in 4.3” and 7” versions with a relevant interface cable, and are suitable for measurement, POS systems, and industrial equipment applications.
