Wireless Li-Ion charger ideal for low power portable applications in a small size

Analog Devices LTC4124 100mA Wireless Li-Ion Charger is a single-chip wireless power receiver, full-featured linear battery charger, and excellent diode PowerPath controller solution. The device features pin-selectable charge current (up to 100mA) and charge voltage, assuring versatility while minimising the quantity of needed external components. Wireless charging with the device enables devices to be charged while sealed inside enclosures and removes bulky connectors in space-constrained applications. Removal of exposed conductive connectors also produces more robust devices while assuring an effortless end-user experience. The device includes an NTC input for safe temperature qualified charging and Low Battery Disconnect stop damage to a battery due to over-discharging. The compact 2mm x 2mm LQFN package and minimal number of external components make the device well-suited for low power portable applications where small solution size is mandatory.
