Infineon Technologies Prime Block Modules are 20mm, 34mm, and 50mm bipolar modules in solder bond technology. The modules are cost-optimised alternatives to Infineon's pressure contact module technology even in demanding applications. Solder bond modules are perfect for applications where the highest robustness of pressure contact technology is not a necessity.
Typical applications are drives, power supplies and soft starters.
The 50mm modules cover current ratings of 390A and are provided with pre-applied silicone-free Thermal Interface Material (TIM). The optimised pattern of this reversible phase change material results in a stable thermal performance which improves reliability and lifetime of systems.
