The Fujitsu FTR-E1 Series High Voltage DC Switching Relays, available from Mouser, feature 450VDC with 20/30A high voltage DC load switching and non-polarized contacts. The series has low coil power consumption and offers high insulation. The relays offer low coil power consumption of 0.9W at coil rated voltage. The between coil and contact is 5kVAC - one minute; and between open contact 2.5kVDC - one minute. cULus recognized types are also available. Th plastic material is rated for UL flammability 94V-0. Typical applications include on-board electrical vehicle charger systems, string disconnecting of photovoltaics systems, power storage systems, and high voltage DC load control systems.
