New distribution agreement with switch manufacturer

RS Components has signed a direct distribution agreement with C&K. The company currently stocks hundreds of C&K switches, including tactile switches, pushbutton switches, toggle switches, rotary switches, key switches and switch locks, DIP and SIP switches, slide switches and detector switches. Over the next six months, it intends to double its switch offering, focussing first on the most recent and innovative products, as well as strengthening support for its entire portfolio through the new direct working relationship. Electronic design engineers, buyers and contract electronics manufacturers (CEMs) will soon have access to technical data on over 23,400 switches through their product data library. Steve Keep, RS global product group manager – EMECH, commented: “C&K has developed a world beating-range of board-mount switches to meet the needs of an extremely large customer base.
