Available from Mouser, Analog Devices HMC84xx product family features gallium arsenide, pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor, monolithic microwave integrated circuit, low noise amplifiers with wide bandwidths. Bandwidth ranges include 0.01-10GHz and DC to 28GHz.
The amplifiers offer a high gain, low noise figure, and high output third-order intercept. The devices’ saturated output power (PSAT) of up to 22.5dBm enables the devices LNAs can serve as a local oscillator driver.
With inputs/outputs internally matched to 50O, the amplifiers are well-suited for SMT-based, high-capacity microwave radio applications.
