High performance microcontrollers designed for embedded controllers

Available from Mouser, the Spansion MB9B410T Series microcontrollers are highly integrated high-performance 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 MCUs designed for embedded controllers. These MCUs have on-chip flash memory and SRAM with motor control timers, analog-to-digital converters, and communication interfaces (CAN, UART, CSIO, I2C, and LIN). Other features include a multi-function serial interface, external bus interface, DMA controller, A/D converter, base timer, and QPRC.
