ON Semiconductor F143-MINI-DVK development kit, available now from Mouser, is a miniaturized kit for the AX8052F143, System-on-Chip RF microcontroller. It features a USB debug adapter and a pair of RF modules (F143-Mini-A-MOD and F143-Mini-B-MOD modules). This kit also includes the needed software for quick development. The modules have a 33mm2 x 15mm2 footprint. One module comes with chip antenna and the other is equipped with an SMA connector.
