Low quiescent current linear regulator IC

15-04-2016 | Mouser Electronics | Power

Available from Mouser, the STMicroelectronics LDBL20 low quiescent current linear regulator IC provides 200mA of maximum current from an input voltage ranging from 1.5V to 5.5V with a typical dropout voltage of 200mV. The device is available in the new STSTAMP package, allowing the maximum space saving. It is stabilized with a ceramic capacitor on the output. The ultra low drop voltage, low quiescent current and low noise features, together with the internal soft-start circuit, make it suitable for low power battery-operated applications such as mobile phones, tablet, digital still cameras, wearable devices and portable media players.
