New N-channel polarity options

Introducing new N-channel polarity options from Vishay SUM and SUP ThunderFET TrenchFET MOSFETs which expand on the ThunderFET and TrenchFET IV series low and mid-range Vds voltage MOSFETs and are available from Mouser. These MOSFETs are housed in TO-220 and TO-263 packages with 60V, 80V and 100V Vds voltages. Typical applications include power supplies, motor drive switches, DC-DC power inverters and converters, power tools and battery management.
