Available from Mouser, the Vishay 3-phase bridge power modules are easy-to-use MTP modules with a solderless method for contacting PressFit pins to the PCB. These modules have a low VF, low-profile package and low junction to case thermal resistance. The low profile package saves space while optimizing the electrical layout of the application-specific power supplies.
The modules are suitable for power conversion machines, welding, UPS, SMPS, motor drives, and general purpose and heavy duty applications.
