Transient voltage suppressor array protects up to 4 / 6 data lines

29-03-2016 | Mouser Electronics | Design & Manufacture

Delivering ESD protection for high-speed data ports and meeting IEC 61000-4-2 (Level 4) requirements, Bourns CDDFN10 Series TVS diode arrays are now stocked by Mouser. The transient voltage suppressor array protects up to 4 or 6 data lines and offers work peak reverse voltages of 2.2 to 5V. The DFN10 packaged device has an ultra-low typical capacitance between I/O lines. This allows the device to be used for protecting sensitive components used on high-speed interfaces. The device's small footprint allows for flow-through routing on the PCB, helping to maintain matched impedances of the high-speed data lines.
