Mouser now stocks TDK SGNE chip protectors which offer high ESD absorption
and are a possible replacement of TVS diodes in applications with ceramic
semiconductors.
The SGNE series is available in chip sizes EIA01005 (0402mm) and EIA0201
(0603mm). ESD protection characteristics are based on IEC61000-4-2,
Contact-8kV.
Applications include ESD protection such as signal / audio lines, filter for
EMI protection, smart phone, tablet PCs, portable music players, and note
PCs, etc.
