Ka-band amplifier with 1W output power in 5mm x 5mm QFN package

RFMW now stocks the Qorvo TGA4544-SM Ka-band amplifier with 1W output power. The device supports 28GHz, point-to-point radio and Ka-band linear satellite communication systems in the 26 to 31GHz frequency range. Available in a 5mm x 5mm QFN package, the TGA4544-SM has 23dB of gain, a P1dB of 31dBm and Psat of 32dBm. The OIP3 is rated at 41dBm. The device is designed for ease-of-use so no matching components are required. The TGA4544-SM operates from a 6V supply and draws 1100mA of current.
