Shielded power inductors meet AEC-Q200 standard for auto applications

Available now from Farnell element14, four new Bourns SMD power inductor series meet the AEC-Q200 standard for automotive applications. They include Models SRP5015TA, SRP5030TA, SRP7050TA and SRP1770TA Series. The inductors are based on a metal powder core featuring high saturation current and a shielded construction for low magnetic radiation. The available inductance range is from 0.15 to 100µH with heating current Irms up to 52A and saturation current Isat up to 70 A. Operating temperature ranges from -40C to +150C. The inductors are well suited to a range of automotive applications including driver assistant devices, information / entertainment systems, lighting and other applications including DC-DC converters and power supplies.
