TVS diode arrays provide ESD and surge protection for CAN transceivers and more

Providing ESD and surge protection for CAN transceivers, and more, Bourns Model CDSOT23-T24CAN TVS diode arrays are now available from Mouser stock. The dual TVS array protects both data lines and can be used with transceivers with internal circuitry for 24V power supply mis-wiring. The CDSOT23-T24CAN offers a working reverse voltage of 24V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 26.2V. The SOT-23 package conforms to JEDEC standards. Typical applications include high-speed CANbus, industrial control networks, smart distribution systems (SDS), DeviceNet, factory and process automation, and lift-control systems.
