Male and female versions are available with contacts gold-plated on the mating side and gold / tin plated on the solder side in four, five and eight pole formats. Housings have a height of 9mm or 13mm and the connectors are protected to IP67 when mated. The M12 interface is provided with A, B and D coding, the current rating is 2A and 4A and voltage 250V, 125V and 60V. The new connectors are ideal for applications in control, automation, sensing and instrumentation equipment, says the company.
