Compact low RON single-channel load switch with controlled slew rate

30-03-2015 | Texas Instruments | Semiconductors

The Texas Instruments TPS22914/15 is a small, low RON, single channel load switch with controlled slew rate. The device contains an N-channel MOSFET that can operate over an input voltage range of 1.05V to 5.5V and can support a maximum continuous current of 2A. The switch is controlled by an on/off input, which is capable of interfacing directly with low-voltage control signals. The small size and low RON make the device ideal for space-constrained, battery-powered applications. The TPS22914/15 is available in a small, space-saving 0.78mm x 0.78mm, 0.4-mm pitch, 0.5-mm height 4-pin Wafer-Chip-Scale (WCSP) package (YFP). The device is characterized for operation over the free-air temperature range of -40C to 85C.
