High-performance low-profile 500mW Zener diodes

Aimed at applications such as voltage stabilization and reference voltage generation in power supplies and LED lighting, Vishay's PLZ Series 500mW Zener diodes are now stocked by Mouser. The silicon planar Zener diodes are housed in a compact surface-mount low-profile Micro SMF package with 0.6mm typical height. They have low leakage current characteristics and provide high stability. They are wave and reflow solderable and have high temperature soldering of 260C/10 at the terminals. The devices are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free.
