Extended temperature additions to mid-voltage MOSFET offering

Digi-Key now stocks Fairchild Semiconductor's new family of mid-voltage MOSFETs which provides extended temperatures up to 175C, a wide voltage range, plus best-in-class RDS(ON) for greater flexibility and higher reliability. The n-channel MOSFETs are produced using the advanced PowerTrench process specially tailored to minimize the on-state resistance and yet maintain superior switching performance. Applications include bridge topologies, industrial high ambient temperature and harsh environment areas, synchronous rectifiers, DC-DC conversion and primary DC-DC MOSFET systems.
