Compact single-output general-purpose power supply series

TDK Corporation has introduced the TDK-Lambda brand GUS350 series of compact, single-output general-purpose power supplies. The models are rated 350W with 12, 24, 36 and 48V outputs. The series is convection-cooled and is available with an output voltage adjustment function, remote on-off, and DIN-rail mounting bracket options.

The series addresses the necessity for an economically priced product while maintaining reliability and quality. This provides an alternative power source for manufacturers requiring a higher construction grade without greatly impacting cost. The models measure 101.6mm x 41mm x 127mm (W x H x D) and have an operating temperature from -20C to +70C, with a three-year warranty. With efficiencies of up to 95.5%, energy consumption and internal losses are decreased, lowering internal component temperatures and improving long-term product reliability.

Safety certifications include IEC/EN/UL/CSA62368-1 (compliant to IEC61010-1) and CE and UKCA marking for the Low Voltage, EMC and RoHS Directives. The units also comply with EN 55011-B and EN 55032-B, conducted and radiated emissions standards, and meet EN 61000-3-2 harmonics and IEC 61000 4 immunity standards.

The GUS350 series meets IEC 62477-1 (OVC III) and has input-to-output isolation of 2,000VDC, input-to-ground 3,000VDC, and output-to-ground 500VDC.
