The S25FL256SAGNFI000 is a high-performance, high-capacity NOR flash memory series from Cypress, now part of Infineon. Available now from WIN SOURCE, the series uses advanced 65nm process technology. It provides up to 256Mb of storage capacity and supports high-speed read and write operations within a single clock cycle, greatly enhancing data transfer efficiency.

The flash memory offers several impressive features, including support for the SPI serial interface and expandable Quad SPI, providing a four-line parallel data transmission mode, greatly boosting read performance. It operates within a voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V and supports temperature ranges from -40C to 85C, making it suited to various harsh environments.
