Fully shielded SMD power inductors in tiny package

The new ICSIxxxxxxTxSHyST12 series from knitter-inductive expands the Rutronik portfolio of SMD power inductors. The series offers a wide inductance range and a high saturation current with an extremely small size. Further advantages are the special inner winding and the fully magnetically shielded design. The inductor series works reliably at operating temperatures from -40C to +125C and is suitable for use in a wide range of applications, e.g. for voltage regulator modules, DC-DC converters, embedded PCs, or switching power supplies. The inductors are available in tape and reel packaging for quick and cost-effective assembly.

Solid wire is employed for the inner winding, which ensures a low DCR value from 2mOhm and high current voltage. The inductor series is provided with an inductance range from 0.1μH to 10μH and a saturation current range from 1.3A to 35A.

The sizes of the series are between 1.6mm x 0.8mm x 0.8mm and 6.6mm x 6.4mm x 3.1mm.
