4K HDR HDMI to HDBaseT distribution amplifiers and receivers

01-02-2023 | Atlona | Power

The Atlona HDR-CAT Series are a series of HDR distribution amplifiers with one HDMI input and multiple HDBaseT outputs (two, four, eight and four extended-distance). Each output transmits 4K/UHD video @ 60Hz with 4:4:4 chroma sampling with support for HDR formats, multi-channel audio, control signals, and power over long distances through category cable. These new HDR solutions provide sophisticated integration capabilities developed for commercial AV distribution applications, including HDMI pass-through, audio de-embedding, CEC display control, EDID management, RS-232 and IR control extension, remote power for receivers, and HDBaseT link testing.

Suitable applications for hospitality and retail – ideal for hotel lobbies, malls, stores, and restaurants that need a long-distance signal extension of high-impact marketing content and program information; in commercial – display company information on screens in reception areas or production and safety information on screens in the warehouse and manufacturing floors; and education – complements lecture hall and auditorium AV systems by enabling presentation content to be distributed to repeater displays located throughout the space.
