Range of ex-stock hinges suitable for flush enclosure doors

05-12-2022 | Emka | Industrial

EMKA has announced its programme of visible and non-visible hinges for flush enclosure doors. Flush doors often need hidden hinges or have hidden fixings for more significant security to eliminate or conceal an obvious target area. Flush door design is naturally security conscious as it inherently calls for narrow door-to-frame gaps which can withstand the insertion of screwdrivers or other levers.

Door removal is convenient when needed by virtue of removable pins or lift-off designs. Variable door returns are envisaged from up to 20mm and 26mm industry standards. Torque hinges with integral adjustment are offered to control door opening against gravity or wind forces.

Materials include zinc die, reinforced polyamide, stainless steel and steel zinc plated or raw for welding. 2D and 3D adjustable hinges are provided to allow custom adjustment at assembly or on-site installation stages.

Applications include HVACR packages, e.g., industrial production lines, warehousing, and more.
